Jess Heng – Senior Client Services Manager
Jess oversees both the existing and new customers at KatalystM. She works with the clients to understand their business needs and goals to develop automated communication journey and programs, provide advice on strategy and best practices. The clients she works with includes Far East Hospitality, DirectAsia, Tigerair and Razer. Jess also leads the internal team to implement and ensure project delivery.
 
Before joining KatalystM, Jess had 6 years’ experience in various roles which includes her as the agency lead for lifecycle marketing and lead generation strategy. As the key team responsible for the rolling out and maintaining pre-sales leads acquisition and management system for automotive brands which achieved and maintained EDM open rates of more than 50%.
 
Her experience also includes the development of campaigns for both print and digital.
